YOGA @ WORK
Noon hour and after-hours Yoga transforms the atmosphere of the workplace into a sanctuary for authentic personal time. Even in a short noon hour session, everyone can relax and breathe, exert, rest and renew. Maalaa and friends at BCTF (British Columbia Teachers’ Federation) join weekly for a dip in the refreshing and rejuvenating waters of Yoga.
