Yoga Philosophy

Yoga Philosophy centers the mind and intellect on the path of dynamic inner inquiry, opening the eternal eye...

We live in a world of time, form, and relations
We see ourselves age...
We enjoy and suffer....

'Who' sees?

Who looks back and remembers my young body with a child's understanding?
Who lives today as this body with today's perspective?
Who sees my conclusions or interpretations change from day to day, moment to moment?

'I' see...

I can look back and see myself-- the child.
Though the body of the child is no longer...
I am still here.
I can look ahead and see the years accrue, every birthday one year older...
I will still be here....
Wherever and whenever my body has been or will be...

I am 'I', the infinite 'I' ...

telling a timeless story...
sensing, feeling, vibrating, and knowing....
Witness of the ever-present Now....
revealed in meditations, teachings, and observances

leading the mind to the inherent harmony of being...

quiet mind...the location of no resistance....
Open to all that is known and unknown, seen and unseen.

This is the aim and the offering of Yoga philosophy.
